    Private Joint Stock Company "Insurance Company "RIDNA" has been successfully operating in the Ukrainian insurance market since 2006. 

    In July 2024, the insurance company voluntarily surrendered its insurance license and withdrew from the insurance market.

    Until July 2024 the company holds 35 licences to carry out insurance activities in the compulsory and voluntary insurance segments.

    Since September 2024, the company's team has been working in the newly established LLC "Ridna" - a company that is an officially registered insurance intermediary. LLC "Ridna" cooperates with leading Ukrainian insurance companies and offers a wide range of insurance services.

    The company has unique professional experience that allows it to offer customised solutions, provide quality service, and provide reliable insurance coverage.

    We provide a wide range of insurance services and guarantee a high level of payment.

    Policies on the form and with the seal of PrJSC “Insurance Company “Ridna”, issued after July 1, 2024 are invalid. PrJSC “Insurance Company “Ridna” ceased operations on the insurance market of Ukraine in July 2024, therefore all insurance policies, the date of conclusion of which is later than July 2024, are fake. LLC “Ridna” does not bear any obligations under such fake policies.

    Ridna LLC provides exclusively insurance brokerage services from other insurance companies that are partners. All policies are issued on the forms of these companies: VUSO, INGO, UPSK, Expo Insurance, Oranta
